  1. Are your services really FREE? YES! The Special Needs Travel Agency offers FREE concierge services to every customer. We tailor your trip to fit your needs. If you are heading to Disney, we can make dining reservations, Fastpass reservations, and more for you. We can schedule special celebrations and tours. We will do everything we can to make sure your trip is the trip of your Dreams!
  2. How can it be FREE? Disney, resorts, cruises, and hotels “bake in” a commission for travel professionals. The price is the same if you booked your trip yourself (and at times less than booking your trip yourself), but they keep the amount of the commission. Think of it this way, for the same price you would pay for booking your vacation on your own, you get the expertise of The Special Needs Travel Agency.
  3. Why should I use a travel agent? When you use The Special Needs Travel Agency, you are getting our extensive experience with Special Needs and Disability travel, as well as our experience with destinations including our comprehensive knowledge of Disney World and all Disney destinations. We will take care of everything for you if you want us to. We are a Concierge Agency. We work with you to make sure your needs are being met. If you want more control, that is fine too. You can do as much or as little you want in planning your trip.
  4. Do you really know Special Needs travel? YES. We are a Special Needs Family! We know Special Needs travel because we live it every day of our lives. Read more about us. We also know the “Dirty Little Secret” of many so-called “Certifications”. We know how to travel with Disabilities because we are disabled. We have connections with the resorts, theme parks, and destinations that help us plan our customer’s travels. We want to share our knowledge with YOU. We believe Everyone Deserves their Dream Vacation.
  5. Can I still use The Special Needs Travel Agency if I do not have special needs? OF COURSE! We want everyone to have their Dream Vacation. We are Disney, Theme Park, and Family Travel experts. We offer concierge services for every customer.
  6. How do I pay for my trip? We book your trip directly through the Disney Travel Agents site, through the Cruise Line, or through your destination. A deposit or payment in full is required to hold your reservation. (It all depends on where you are going. Every destination has its own payment policies, but we will walk you through the process.) All charges on your credit card (or Disney Reward Dollars or Gift Card) will be directly from The Walt Disney World company or from your vacation vendor (Cruise line, Universal, Sea World, etc.) The Special Needs Travel Agency is NOT paid by you for our services. We will not ever charge you for our services.
  7. If I booked my trip on my own, can I still use The Special Needs Travel Agency? YES, in most cases. Please contact us for details.
  8. Can I still book my own Fastpass and Dining Reservations if I use you? YES. You can do as much, or as little, as you want to. It’s your vacation.
